One of the Growing a Future teaching and training opportunities for the students and community is our "composting" program. However, we needed first a covered composting center if we were to offer classes and 'hands on' examples. With a limited budget, the in-kind donation of some used tin and expertise, we are officially ready to start composting (we need to add a coat of paint and you'll never know it was used). At 8'x24', we have a secure storage room and plenty of room for up to eight standing composting units (4'x4' diameter wire circles).
